This course is a refresher course for those who carry concealed, open carry, or have firearms in the home or vehicle. We will review the general use of force laws, updates to laws and case law regarding use of deadly physical force. We will review the conditions that need to be present to use ANY level of force, and when it’s justified to protect yourself, your family, and your home or vehicle.
You’ll learn how a Prosecutor evaluates a Self-Defense case so you can be legally prepared
When to fight and when NOT to (you must know what “Reasonable Use of Force” is)
You’ll learn the steps you need to take to properly and justifiably defend your home
The 4 things that must be true to legally justify the use of deadly force
This course is NOT for those that have never taken any type of Legal Use of Force course such as what is included in Concealed Carry Courses and such. This is simply a refresher and to point out new issues or laws regarding the use of force.
Course is FREE and is 1 1/2 hours and can be done at your facility, our facility or as a webinar. Students will receive a course attendance certificate.
